Worst Experience ever!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The air conditioning in my bedroom never worked, nor my bathroom's air conditioning. The toilet seat cover was broken since the day I moved in. 5 outlets had no power. My car was broken into because the gates never worked. My roommates bathroom shook when the air conditioning kicked on. Got charged 100 dollars for 3 bags of trash that were outside of my third story apartment for 4 hours.
