Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
My husband and I have lived here for a year and we are in the process of renewing our lease for another year. We must have moved in after the problems with bad management since we have never had problems with the staff and they have always been super nice to us.
Amenities include a fitness gym, a dog park, a pool, a hot tub, 2 laundry rooms, security gates, and a cute mail room.
I can see how some people can complain about the noise, though. The walls are pretty thin and you can pretty much hear it everytime someone takes a shower, flushes the toilet, uses their washer, etc. It's not as bad as it sounds though. I have honestly never really been bothered by it.
We have also never experienced excessive noise due to parties. We may have been some of the lucky ones to get cool, quiet neighbors though.
We live on the 3rd floor and we love it! It may be a treck up the stairs, especially if you have lots of groceries, but we feel it's totally worth it. All 3rd floor apartments have vaulted ceilings and they make our apartment seem so much more spacious. We also don't have to worry about noise from upstairs neighbors.
Out of all the apartments we've looked at, these apartments had the biggest living rooms which was definitely a must for us since we have oversized furniture!
We've also rented a garage, which is a little pricey at $95/month, but we feel it's worth it since we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot at night or bad weather. Although from what I've noticed, there's almost always open parking spots right near our apartment building.
The area that these apartments are in is a very nice area. I used to live off Riverside and I have never felt unssafe in this neighborhood like I used to feel off Riverside.
Overall, I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!
