I lived here for 2 years and I had no complaints whatsoever with the management. They did a fabulous job. Everything in this apartment was great, except for some tennants perhaps. The apartment size was huge (I lived in 3rd floor in 1 bedroom apt)!

There were some car break-ins and the management put lights right away after the incidents (that's how a management should work). Anyway, they were still having some break-ins (this happens everywhere and it's most likely your own fault, so don't leave your precious belonging(s) in your car). The gates are broken sometimes but they fixed it in a timely manner. One time, it took them a while to fix it.

The garage was spacious enough that a big truck would fit (surprised). All my neighbors were friendly and nice. Finding parking at night could be hard sometimes when some of the tennants bring their guests (usually weekend, I guess that's okay).
Some of the stupid dog owners didn't put their dogs on leash and it's none of the management fault (it's posted all over the place that all dogs should be leashed, I guess some of the dog owners were blind or couldn't read). I never had any problem walking my dogs at night, I felt safe.

One thing though, the management sent me a letter regarding extra charges for damages that my dog did after I moved out and the total charges was about $500. I was thinking that I already paid $500 pet deposit and $250 security deposit that will cover those damages. Somehow, the manager sent me another bill of $110. I talked to her and it seemed that she wasn't happy of what I said. I said that I had paid all damages using all those deposits and I also said I would not pay a dime. I wasn't hoping to get back my deposit because it seems $750 was fair to cover all the damages that was caused by me & my dog. Anyway, she didn't pursue this matter further, so case closed.
