I am a current resident at River Oaks and I have nothing but great things to say about living here. The staff is absolutley amazing! The manager Lori has really made the apartments look great. They just redid the pool and it looks perfect for the summer. The landscaping is also beautiful and that is just the outside! The insides of these apartments are stunning. They just upgraded to black appliances which look great along with the crown molding, huge kitchens, and spacious layouts. I lived here three years ago with a roommate, then moved home for the summer. When I came back to Austin I didn't even bother looking at other apartments, I knew I wanted to come back to River Oaks. I have been here in a one bedroom ever since. I also have two dogs, and River Oaks is great for them. They have a dog park and events every month for everyone with dogs to get together. This is one of the only apartment communities that I have seen that allows big dogs. It is a very pet friendly place. If you want a community that makes you feel at home, move to River Oaks.
