Horrible staff, complete disreguard for residents who have signed a contract

When I went in, the staff was attentive, made many promises, and was generally congenial. After the deposit was made and contract signed, the staff lost all customer service give-a-damn. First, I was lied to about the balcony closet having a lock. A neighbor warned me of all of the theft that occurred from balconies - I had to fight to get a lock put on my balcony closet, even though I was assured that they all had locks. My pool key and work-out room card were withheld for TWO MONTHS while they had more keys made. When a snake somehow made it into my 2nd floor unit, the staff ignored me for 20 minutes before telling me that their crew was too busy. I have been in the office numerous times waiting with other current residents while one staffer talks to a potential resident, while the other two or three staffers sit in the back room ignoring us. Worst management that I've experienced in the Austin area. Crime is pretty rampant in the parking lots - in the last 4 months, there have been two cars broken into, wheels stolen from one car, and numerous bikes stolen from balconies.

I totally agree. I was a resident there until about 2 months ago and I, too, have waited there for at least 10-15 minutes in the office while one staff member helped a potential resident and the others sitting in the back doing who-knows-what. Not until I started clearing my throat and pacing did the staff member finally went to get another one from the back to help me. Just plain rude. And this is among many other things...too many to list.

Lots of snakes when it rains, even they have more personality than the office staff and management. If you complain they make your life hell in a passive aggressive way. Entire office like a High School girls click.
