customer no-service

These apartments have much to offer amenity wise, but there was a big turnover in office staff before the Easter holiday. I was locked out my apartment one night at 10 p.m. and after neighbors unsuccessful attempts at getting ahold of courtesy patrol, someone gave me the apartment number of a manager who lived onsite. I knocked two separate times, the first time receiving no answer and the second, having the manager say through the door that no one by her name lived there. I ended up having to pay a locksmith $240 to drill out my lock and replace it. When I confronted this manager later, she said that knocking on onsite managements doors was a no-no and would not discount my rent (for locksmith fees). This was after I d been there almost a year. The former managers would have never treated customers with such contempt. I got a terrible cold as a result of waiting outside for two hours with no jacket and car keys locked inside the apartment. What a blight customer no-service can be on an otherwise decent place.

I have never lived at a big complex where it was ok to call up security or a manager and ask for help getting into my apartment because i locked myself out. hahaha. That would be super nice but if you lock yourself out, I am pretty sure that is your problem. Welcome to being an adult.

The number for after-hours emergencies is posted on the front door. However, they didn??t return my neighbor??s call, thus requiring them to find the on-sight manager for me. The cost of courtesy maintenance is paid for indirectly by the tenants, whether they??re perfect like you or not.
