They are located right off of Mopac. Never had much of a problem getting in and out. Parking is ok. Each apartment comes with one carport, but if you try to park after 9pm you might have trouble finding a parking space for your second car. My biggest complaint would have to be the lighting. When the lights in the parking lot, your building and the pool are working there still aren't many, so its kind of dark at night. Although there hasn't been any saftey issues, community seems nice.

Gym isn't all that but everything now works properly, and they just added new carpet. Pool is nice but in the summertime they close down the whole pool area on monday's to clean the pool from the weekend. The bad part to it is if your planning on working out that day you need to jump the fence, because they lock all enterances to the pool which is the only access to the gym after hours.

The apartment itself is nice. Never had bug problems (i'm on the 3rd floor). its a one bedroom and it's roomy. Its worth it for the price we pay but i wouldn't pay market rate.

Maintenance responds within a decent time. I would say 2-3 days, maybe 5 at the most.
Staff is friendly.
