Management change has killed it

The apartment has since changed its name to River Stone Ranch... along with a management change. To begin with, along with the change, they boasted "making life easier for us." This included making us pay with one check for each of our shares along with water... the water bill which we haven't received for 4 months. How is this easier'' I now have to give my roommate a check ahead of time, let her deposit it and then she can pay the rent. ARGH!
Then, there was this cat that the people across the way abandoned when they moved... so we've been feeding it.. .seeing as how we have maxed out on pets at just 2 cats. We got a nasty note on the door telling us not to feed her. She's declawed for goodness sakes! She can't get her own food!!
Then, after having a rug drying on the balcony ledge for about a day, i got a nasty note telling me i am not in compliance with my lease agreement.
Among other things, we've only had one gate remote for the nearly 2 years we've been living here, we have to put in 60 days notice, not thirty, and the pet deposit was something like $400 per pet, only $150 of which is refundable. The landscaping has changed since the management change, causing piles of dirt to take up the already limited non-covered parking spots.
I really don't recommend this place
