New Mgmt brought horrible lifestyle

I don't know what the change in management has done to make this place so bad, but it was such a great, laid back place to live.
It started with not getting a water bill for 4 months and they charged crazy amounts to make up for it. Then they destroyed the beautiful trees and vines that were all over the apartment. All of the remodeling and changes have been unnecessary. The new management also decided that rent is late if it is not into the office by the 1st (which was a change from the 3rd.) They are just horrible management now... the people in the office are nice enough, but do not make up for the uptightness that they work for!
