The new management took an OK place to live and turned it into the worst renting experience ever. The management is extremely unhelpful, they have lost FedEx envelopes on countless occasions and when they find them they try to push the blame off on the delivery drivers. They do not accept packages over a certain dimension so I have had to go chasing after delivery drivers more times that I care to think about. During a recent bad rainstorm our roof started leaking and causing some problems with the alarm system. The maintenance man came by and did what he could that night with the promise of coming the next morning to fix things- he never showed up. And the clincher for me, the charge $5 if you pay your rent on two checks. When I asked why they were instituting this policy I was told that it was too confusing and difficult to get more than one check per apartment since there were so many apartments in the complex. Hmmmm, isn't it your job to do these things' You deal with the difficult to make our lives easier while living here so that we want to continue living here. I cannot wait to move out and want to tell anyone even thinking about moving in-- DON'T!

i have asked about the dimension thing for packages...there are over 400 apartments in this community...they simply do not have the space to hold large packages, they WILL set the package at your doorstep now though.
