i've lived here only 8 months. maintance guys are awesome.. very friendly. fixed all my troubles. we were suppose to move out end of feb. but something happened and we had to stay an extra month, and they told us they'll add another month onto the lease at no charge.. that was awesome. Nancy is the manager there and she's awesome. genna also works there and i came to her with all my problems and she helped me out EVERY TIME! thanks genna. but if u live on the first floor, beware of the silverdollar insects and spiders... that was my only complait. it got bad to where i caught about 20 in 3 days and put them in a jar. when the summer comes, u'll get alot of mosqitoes. water is separated by BUILDING. so i live in a 1/1 and paid 40$ a month for freaking water... even if u dont use it, u'll get charged. Very nice neighbors... and HOT i might add :) love the basketball court and the tennis courts. best i've seen. gate remotes are HUGE... umm.. i seen a couple cars taht broken into, haven't seen or heard one party here. if u live below someone u can always hear when someone opens their patio door.. sounds like a thunderstorm. but overall, i'd stay here for another year.
