For the most part it is a pretty nice place and friends are always impressed with the "meditarranian" style to the complex..the bills are ridicoulus!! water bill is way too much and electricty is too and noone is ever here!!if you pay your rent an hour late (even 1:00 in the morning instead of dropping it in at 12:00) another 25-50 dollar charge...hmm and the fact that there is only 1 small hottub and pool means that there is always some wierd people there to stare at you! indoor basketball and raquetball is nice but there is always a line to use them so you feel uncomfortable the whole time! parking sucks if you have a 2nd car...you might have to park on the other side of the complex if you get home too late..and there needs to be an exit and the other side of the complex to brodie that is obsured!!!! home depot is soooo loud all hours of the night.
