I moved into the complex when it was still Summit Las Palmas, and just loved the place- the management was great, everything was well-taken care of, and I never had any problems. But when Equity took over management, I noticed that the new office staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They also changed the clubhouse policy, virtually refusing to allow anyone to use it except when the office was actually open (which bothered me, since i'd held and attended several parties there before).
The complex won't tow cars- in fact, someone parked in front of my garage, blocking me in, and I had to call a cab to get to work because the management refused to do anything to help me.
Despite the bad attitude I received every time I went to pick up a package or pay rent, I would have stayed, had I not moved out of town- it was well worth the price to have an attached garage and ample cabinet space in the kitchen.
Overall, I'd still recommend it.
