nice apt with attractive architectural detail,columns,6 panel doors,fireplace. Good sound insulation, I hear noises faintly only, like washer or people talking or child crying.Security gate is a joke, open most of the time, like it is broken. Management very nice and helpful when I've stopped in. Pool isn't very nice, only 4 feet deep, not heated, and not real clean. Hot tub is better, and pool area,bbq area, volley ball court and exercise room clean and neat. Sometimes very noisy outside with people coming and going, trucks. Easy access to highway system and quick hop downtown.
