THE MANAGEMENT USES QUESTIONABLE BUISSNESS PRCTICES FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU MOVE IN HERE BE PREPARED FOR A EXTREME PRICE JUMP WHEN YOU ARE READY TO RENEW AT LEAST $150.00 JUMP IN PRICE POOR APPLIANCES AND BAD HEATING AND AC UNITS THEY DO NOT KEEP A CONSTANT TEMP. POOL AND HOT TUBE ARE NOT KEPT CLEAN.
