Horrible Management!

I lived here for 2 years and had my rate jump an extreme $100/mo when I renewed at my year end. I decided to move-out early and the Manager had a tenant transferring apartments who wanted mine. I moved out when they told me it would be needed and then was charged rent for another 1/2 month b/c the tenant changed his mind and the management did not tell me this. Had I known, I would have stayed until I found my own tenant. Horrible management, too pricey, slow maintenance, overall very poor!

I've also lived here for about 2 years. When I received my renewal letter, there was a considerable increase. I went in and spoke with one of the ladies in the office and we were able to negotiate a deal that I could live with. Overall, this has been the best apartment I have ever lived in, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

ok let's think about this one...when the economy is down, your rent is going to be cheaper. when the economy is up, your rent is going to go up. Look at it this way, you were LUCKY enough to initially rent when the market was down. You got a DEAL...i'm guessing that if you looked anywhere else for an apartment at renewal you would find comparable prices.
