I've been in this complex for about 6 months and the experience has been quite positive. The architectural detailings, columns, moulding, oval tub, etc. are a wonderful addition. The grounds are well kept, and maintenance is reasonably prompt when things like the street lights or the property gates break. As for sound, I live in a 3rd floor unit, and the only sound I hear from my neighbors is the dog in the unit below me occasionally barking (however that is very muffled). While the complex is by a freeway, the traffic noise is again very muffled, and has never bothered me. The office staff have been very friendly to me, and the few maintenance problems I've had are fixed quickly. The complex is in an excellent location with a lot of growth, so I expect rent to rise as property values increase accordingly. Not fun, but a fact of life. I would highly recommend this place to other potential renters.
