Let me say in the interest of fairness that Riverstone apartments are convenient and attractive on the outside. HOWEVER, as a current resident I have to say- my rental experience has beeen HORRENDOUS at Riverstone. The management team and office staff are truly the most ignorant, unaccomodating, rude staff I have ever encountered. I would like to advise you that you look elsewehere. They do not honor any contracts and NEVER act like they care about your business. That was evident every time I stepped inside their office. They acted as if I was 'interrupting them". WORST MANAGEMENT!!! DO NOT RENT from them or EQUITY apartments. You will regret it!- I am.
I forgot to mention- Parking is always a challenge- you are only allowed one covered parking spot per apartment. The GYM is hidious- everything is broken. Pool - smells and has GREEN particles in the water.

I have found them to be very accomodating, and maybe the reason it seems that you are bothering them is that they are going out of their way to avoid you. Maybe the attitude you have now is the reason they don't treat you the way I have been treated. When i go in there to pick up a package , I get to chat with the girls, and what really sucks is that they deal with alot crap.I read the comments you people have, and it makes me think we are living at different places. I don't undertsand.

I lived there in 06 and the staff was AWESOME! Everyone knew my name. I LOVED the staff. I have to agree with the the other comment. Maybe it's you!
