SERIOUSLY, YOU PEOPLE. Well some of you, are just out of your effin minds. I recently moved in to these apartments and I seriously doubt I'm posting on the right property. I'm guessing this place was taken over by a new company. For one thing, the management has been THE nicest of any apartments I have talked with. The pool and hot tub are SPOTLESS (as in cleaner than most of you retard's dishes), the water with the exception of the chlorine is pure as bottled water. EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING in the gym is NEW. If the security gate is broken every once in a while, who the ---- cares. Do you parked in gated parking at work' At the mall' Downtown' DOUBT IT. Don't leave you fake prada bag in the front seat and they won't break into your KIA. If you're really worried about your valuable life activate the security system in your apartment and rent a garage. It's not like you are the Prince of Whales and everyone is going to get you. I came from a new gated community in Westlake with a spanish theme such as this community and haven't noticed any difference in quality of the buildings or the people. Just in the 10 minutes when I was checking these apartments out, I was waived at 3 times by cars driving by. THE nicest people. The only thing green is the grass and there are small dogs everywhere which is nice because my puppy has some friends to play with.

I agree that this is a nice community to live in. My only complaint is Friday and Saturday nights, partying in the courtyards can go into the wee hours, like four or five am, and garbage pick up happens multiple times a week (good) between 2 and 6 am (bad). Most of it is usually pretty easy to tune out. I mostly notice it because I am awake anyhow (and no, I'm not one of the partiers, just an insomniac).

You obviously have money coming out of your arse. I'm not going to pay 1200 to listen to kids stomp in the apartment above me. What a joke. You get what you pay for, and I'm leaving my apartment EMPTY all of april due to the noise.
