I really enjoy living here. Parking has NEVER been a problem for me, my roommate, or our guests. The apartments are fairly well insulated, and I can only hear the people above me rarely. The management staff for the most part remembers me AND my apartment number, which never ceases to amaze me. They are very nice and accommodating. I rarely use the pool or work out areas, and have not had problems when I have used them. Maintenance, though slow at the beginning, was quick to order new equipment if problems were not quickly remedied. The location is FABULOUS!!! I can get pretty much anything I want within a two mile radius. And I can get anywhere else very quickly and conveniently. Just 10 minutes to downtown. It can get a little noisy outdoors on the weekends, and the partying can go late. Not enough to add even a hint of sourness to my living experience. The carpeting is rather cheap, on the other hand, which becomes quickly apparent, especially if you own a pet.

i'm glad to see at least someone is happy being at rsr. the floor plan we are planning on choosing is amazingly awesome- at least 200sq ft more than other 2 bedrooms we've looked at. master bath has stand up shower... HUGE closets too. gettin a bit worried reading the reviews on this website though... :-/
