Do not ever go into the apartments and try to have a conversation about how to furnish the apartment with one certain leasing agent present. She will interrupt you and put her two sense in the entire time. She will criticize your ideas and ignore any guests that are present to tour the property. She is not only rude but she also believes she has is entilted to tell you how you should spend your money furnishing the apartment based on private income forms that have to be submitted in order to lease an apartment. This was the most unprofessional individual after touring about 15 properties in Austin. It is sad that such a nice property allows rude, unprofessional leasing agents, but I guess it is okay to act in such a way once you have already signed the lease and received your commission for it.
