Cheaply made pretty apartments

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived here when it was Summit Las Palmas in 2002. The office staff kept my Adobe software for about 30 days and LIED that it had not been delivered yet though UPS showed that they had signed for it. They eventually gave it to us. The floors were so thin that I could hear my neighbor vacuuming in the mornings. It was a beautful property at first then dog owners quit cleaning up after their dogs, who would defecate on the sidewalk and it would stay for DAYS. Parking was definately a problem if you have more than one vehicle per house hold. The office staff was smug and disappointing. I do not know about new mgmt but old mgmt was foul. Someone stole my door mat within 7 days of moving in.
