Every one of the management treats you like s**t. They will send you rude notices on keeping plants in your patio although their lawns are littered with poop... sorry POOP.
Also beware of the rude management. If you are an old tenant who renewed their lease before the new lower rents - you are royally robbed of your hard earned money. Your new neighbor could be paying atleast $300 lesser than you - just because you chose to stick with them.
Other places are reducing rents for existing tenants. Do your homework.

Wow I feel so sorry for you. You sound so unhappy. Why are you on apartment ratings complaining on Christmas day? Again, so sorry that you are so unhappy and have nothing better to do with your time. Why did you move in if you hate it so much? I'm pretty sure that despite how rude Austin leasing agents are, nobody put a gun to your head forcing you to move in. I'm sorry you can't afford a house. But whose fault is that? I've lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience. This place isn't perfect, but good luck finding a place that is. I expect that you are just a discontented person that will find something to complain about no matter where you are or what you are doing. Oh and the property is 9-10 years old, not 50. Good luck to you, I hope you find what you are looking for.

Wow, looks like some of the "tenants" are as rude as the staff. Last time I looked, this site was called ApartmentRATINGS.com. As is rating the BAD as well as the good.
