When I was there, several cars (mine included) were burglarized. The front windows were busted out to gain entry. When this was brought to the staff's attention, they did nothing to protect the resident's property. This continues on to this day. Just last week another car had been broken into the same way. I am guessing that since it's a gated community, management feels their responsibility stops there. This is the kind of customer service they give around the clock. Just give us your money, and leave us alone. On the positive side of things, the maintance staff is top notch and have alway repaired things quickly. If you do decide to live there, pay the extra for a garage. If not that, then don't leave anything of value in your car, or at least lower your deductable on your insurance. Either way, make sure the staff gets thier money, since that's all they are concerned with.
