I just moved into River Stone Ranch last month and so far I love it. It's a great location, great price, and there are so many amenities: pool, hot tub, volleyball, basketball, raquetball, tennis, fitness room, bbq pits, club house. My apartment is on the third floor in a corner area closer to the pool/woodsy area and far from the highway. I work nights so I sleep during the day, and I never hear anything besides the occasional garbage truck or landscaping equipement.

The apartments are not as rennovated as others, and in moving in there were ALOT of things I had to request maintainance to come in for, but everything was fixed within 2 business days. Also, while the apartment staff is friendly, it seems like they don't know what they are doing nor do they communicate with eachother what's going on. But, I don't see this as an apartment issue, since every place I've lived in has staff like this. I just make sure that if I'm expecting a package I check for it, or if I need something done, I go in person and put it in writing.

Oh, and this complex makes your purchase renters insurance, which was kind of a bummer (and something the staff did not tell me until after I paid the app fee and a holding fee) but I ended up needing it anyway since my washer flooded the carpet several times

This is OBVIOUSLY management. What resident would take the time to list all the ammenities? Seriously.
