THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE..

I was so excited to live here, but in the last two years it has become more and more horrible.

First of all, cars near me were broken into a lot.
Second, the dumpsters are always full, trash blows around everywhere.
Third, landscaping is never done, there are dead plants with trash in them all the time.
Fourth, NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED.
Fifth, the office manager is a total B****.
Sixth, everyone that works under her are ridiculous, ie. probably why there are new people every other month. They are dumb, and I mean can't spell the most simple of words, or add 2 plus 3 and get 5.
Seventh, there are horrible bug problems.
Eighth, there are more scorpions and other bugs than just having a bug problem or you could refer to the seventh reason.
Ninth, they constantly turn off the water without warning.
Tenth, they did a fire safety inspection, my smoke detector was beeping and no one noticed. I was out of town and it has been already for 3 weeks, and still was when I got back.
Eleventh, there is dog ---- everywhere.
Twelfth, the pool is always closed.
Thirteenth, the gym always has broken equipment.
Fifteenth, its totally turning into COLLEGE RESIDENCE, and if you are in college you are PROBABLY GETTING MORE FOR YOUR MONEY OFF RIVERSIDE, AND ARE ACTUALLY SAFER (I had to call the cops 3 times).
Sixteenth, why have a gate, its always open or broken.
Seventeenth, the apartments are all horribly worn.
Eighteenth, most of the apartments smell.
Nineteenth, no one takes anything seriously there, and nothing ever gets done.
Twentieth, the office staff is HORRIBLE/RUDE/PRETENTIOUS/CALLOW oh I mentioned that...

oh don't use the laundry rooms...
they're always full of bugs, broken ..destroy clothes..and are constantly taking the tokens you have to buy, rent a washer.

THIS LIST COULD GO ON AND ON... the only perk is the covered parking, but hey, this doesnt keep your car from getting broken into.
