Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Management has no concern over living conditions or residents. they act like they are friendly till you rent the apartment. After this they have no concern.
There is a big stink in the water supply and they won't even come check if there is something wrong with the water.
Management is exceptionally rude, they do not listen to what the resident has to say.

This is the last place in Austin that you will want to stay in.
