This apartment complex is horrible.
First of all it is pet friendly which means that it is also poop friendly, it is very hard to walk without stepping on poop. The pets even poop in the tennis court.
Also pets are sometimes not leashed. Many a time I have tried to walk around in the neighbourhood only to find loose rottweiler staring me in the eye.

Secondly, the management (Manager's name is ------------) is horrible, and unreasonable. They introduced a new online rent payment method. The website says, "YOUR BALANCE IS $0.00" And when I checked first thing in the morning on the first late day, about this message and if there was a change in the RENT, they still charged me a huge late fee, even though they hadn't posted all the received RENT checques. They are just out to cheat people.

Thirdly, there are all sorts of people who get into the community unauthorized. There are thousands of outsiders occupying the pool area on the weekends.

Although they advertise a pool table, there is no way a person with an 8.00-5.00 job can use the pool table as thats the only time the club room is open.


It would be in your best interest to avoid this apartment community entirely

ummmm, I live at River Stone Ranch and you are sooooo lying. Rent is due on the 1st and not late until the 4th buddy. Why would you assume your amount due is zero when you khow you havent paid rent yet? Why didnt you call the office to ask why it said you didnt owe anything? Why did you wait until you were late before you started asking questions? Huge late fee? Get over yourself. They charge you 50 dollars for the first day and 10 dollars any day after that. Dont trash on a place because if your lack of common sense.

I am soooooooooooooo not lying. I know Rent is due on the 1st. But technically it is due on the 3rd by midnight, if it is late on the 4th. I tried paying my Rent on the 3rd night, like I always do. The website payment however had a clear message saying "Your Balance is $0.00". So I did not want to pay when clearly there was a misleading statement like that. I called them at 10.00am on the 4th, which is exactly when the office opens, And the management won't accept the reason for the late payment. That is RIDICULOUS. because no one has encashed any checques yet, and I am going to pay them right there. So they don't lose anything. Why are you anonymous. You're probably the rude manager trying to save ur face from upper management.

This is the first month of their online payment service. I would give some slack to the renters for trying out the new service rather than to pile late charges. And btw it shows "0.00" for atleast two more residents. The old mgmt sent you a monthly bill, the new one doesn't.

i live at river stone ranch and it sucks! i have a pet and clean up after it every day and 98% of ppl who live here lack the common decency to do that!! i have never seen anyone cleaning up after there dog! the management sucks , they never return your calls, and the sound and noise level is unbearable... worst decision of my life!! stay away!
