We had to stay in an apt for 2 months while renovating our house. At first glance, they look nice but as the newness wears off you notice the glued countertops and the dingy carpet. The layers of paint try to hide the lack of craftmanship and the poor patching. These apts are perfect for the college student. They are loud, you can have a dog, and its like an expensive dorm room. This is NOT the place for kids. There is no playground or area that they can play without the fear of getting squashed by a vehicle or hear &^%$ at the swimming pool. They volleyball court next to the swimming pool is always full of beer drinking, cussing, loud college students; not exactly the place I want my young children to be.
Now for the customer service. These people are true used car salesman. They are nice initially but after that its on. They do not care about you or any maintance issue that may arise. They are rude, disgruntled and truly ridiculous. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a smile when you walk through the door.
Finally, the entrance ways to the apts, stairwells, or the parking lot were NEVER swept. Dog owners are not required to pick up the poo. So be careful cutting accross the lawn.
