WARNING if you rent here, when you move out, be ready for a collection agency to call you. I received a call from a collection agency and never knew there was a problem when I moved out. Seems they could turn my name and phone number to a collection agency but could not call me. Paid 2 deposits and now want more money without any explanation as to what. I have never been late nor had a collection agency call me in my life before this. Would not recomment to any one to live in this complex

Quick response to this... I DID live here, and I had no such problems. One hint on this could be the 2008-2008 dates in regard to years at the apartment. When you move in, you are required to sign a year's lease. Considering it's October, there is no way this person could have fulfilled their lease. Though I had minor problems with noise and pool access while I lived here, I had a better than expected experience moving out. I did do a VERY thorough job cleaning, and even though there was a largish, permanent stain I left in the carpet, only had minimal charges for replacement taken from my deposits. Over all, this was a pretty decent place to live.
