I lived there from 01/08-1/09, first off I tried signing a 6 month lease since I was desperate to move out from my current place since I had an aweful roomate. I liked the previous place but then got too noisy by the end.

At Riverstone I was right by the highway so there was never any peace and quiet and around 2 a.m. on the weekends you would definitely hear a siren drive by. My air conditioner broke about 6 times and each time it took them about 3 days to fix. They only offered one time out of those six to place a water fan in the bedroom, which really doesn't help when you are trying to be around the rest of the apartment.

I have never lived anywhere that takes so long to fix anything.

I now live in Camden Stoneleigh and are exteremly satisfied in my experience. The maintenace people came by to introduce themselves and to let me know if I need anything there would always be someone on call. They have a courtisy officer that is constantly driving aroudn the property and if you have any type of noise complain the officer shows up within 5 minutes of your complain. They have cameras within the premises which make me feel a lot safer.
