The price for a 1/1 the first year was great we were paying $725 the 2nd year to resign went up to $860! When we asked why it went up so much no one returned phone calls or could find time to speak with us. In order to get out of the lease you have to give 3 months notice which does not allow for easy transition to another place. The office/grounds employees are all new and not nice. The gates hardly ever work and so many people that do not live at the complex come and use the pool and all the other amenities. The residents that our starting to come to the complex do not keep up with the area as much either. the place is going down hill super fast.I cannot wait to get out of my lease! Stay away! for the price you can pay at Riverstone you can find bigger and better!

They have a 60 day notice to vacate policy just like any other apartment complex in Texas not 3 months. I agree the new management company sucks.
