I moved into Riverstone Ranch 2 years back, believe me it used to be a very good place compared to the surrounding apt's, but that's future. The new management is trying every possible way to squeeze money from the resident. Following are some of the things to take care of
1. The rent is due on the Ist of every month, if u miss it, immediately you pay a fine of 50$ for the first day and 10$ for every day until the rent is paid in full.
2. I live in a 1B1B, some months I have paid more on my water utility bill than my Electricity bill (ever hear off).
3. The maangement will offer pretty good sign in bonus, but remember for some reason if u have to vacate the apt before your tenure, on top of hefty fine you will have to repay back all the discount you got while signing lease.
To sum up, what used to be a descent place to live has gone horibly wrong now, I am just waiting for my lease to over, so that I can move out of this place.

I have lived in apt's near this place, there the water bill is almost 50% of what I am paying now.
