The freaking pool was closed July 4th weekend. '!'!' My husband and I had friends on the way to come hang out at the pool, and when we got there, there was a big sign that said POOL CLOSED. There was no explanation or anything. We attempted to call the office several times, and no one ever answered. We pay $1000 a month to live in this place that is supposed to have all these amenities, but in reality, it's not that great here.

Actually, things have gotten progressively worse the past few months. A few weeks ago we got a letter on the door saying there would be new rules for the pool, which would include having to wear a wrist band at all times while you are out there. THe langauge in the letter was confrontation and agressive and me and my husband were surprised by the lack of professionalism in the letter. One line said rude or discourteous statements made regarding the new pool rules would be treated as a lease violation.... so, you're not allowed to have an opinion about the rules, or what the hell'

There is also a security issue here. Several cars have been broken into in the past few weeks, but management still refuses to hire security or really do anything about the lack of security. The gates are a joke. There's so much traffic in and out of this place that all you really have to do is wait a few minutes for someone else to drive in who has the code or an access device, and I would say that we feel like it's not real secure here.

If you are thinking of moving here, I would seriously reconsider. I think there are better complexes for probably a lot less money and headaches. We won't be renewing our lease when it comes up at the end of the year. The pool being closed on July 4th weekend was the final straw. With all the money they charge us, they should have paid someone to come out and take care of whatever the problem was. Also, the hot tub has been out of order for several months. You pay a ton and don't ever get to use the stuff you're paying for.

I live there too. I concur completely. Do not move here. The place is so poorly managed that it is incomprehensible.
