This Place is deplorable! The pool is crappy compared to how it was when we moved in.within the first 6 months of living here,the hot tub was filled in with soil and is now a planter,i notice an increse of burned out lights,broken fixtures,garage doors replaced but un painted,and the pooldeck was recently dug up due to a plumbing leak(btw this leak caused all of our water bills to go waaay up)and they did really terrible repairs to fix it.like you can tell they use low cost day labor to keep this place running.etc etc...My gilfriend and i have a 2/2 were about in the middle of our lease term and are completely disgusted w the staff as wellaas the facility.Fist off when we signed the lease,it was well kept,hadf a nice pool,hot tub,and good laundry facilties on site wich is important to ussince we dodnt own a washer/dryer,and we were told there was a mile long jogging trail(there isnt one btw).Almost all the washers and dryers in one of the laundry rooms have been broken for months,and i was basicelly told they werent going to do anything about it.I also requested a garage wich took about three months to get.And now ,most recently i recieved notice that my cat was not allowed outside w/o a leash.Now ,this particularly irritates me because i ,before signing the lease agreement,repeatedly told the management that i have an inside/outside cat is that ok'they said yes every time.and when i ask why not now they say they dont know what she did but its a lease violation. i for one cannot wait to leave,and unless you like paying a lot to be lied to ,then dont rent here.

You should ask to be let out of your lease do to the decrease in what you are getting for your money. If you had a hot tub when you signed the lease and now you don't. that's breach of contract on their part. They let me out of my lease due to noise.
