As close to living in your home as you can get. Large and spacious (11,000su feet) - huge kitchens. Quite small complex. Every home has it's own picket fenced in yard. 2.5 bothrooms, large bedrooms, washer and dryer come with. Pet friendly and many people there own thier's town home so it's very neat and well taken care of. Maintnace is slow though. I've lived there 2 1/2 years with my daughter and consider it home. Plus it's close to downtown and on the UT bus route. When I moved in it was 860 a month but since I've lived there I have negotiated my rent down to 731 a month!
