I lived at RiverCrossing Townhomes 2.5 years while attending UT-Austin. 2 bedroom/2.5 bath. I had the floorplan with the living room and dining room in one space, creating a rather large and comfortable area to hang out. Bedrooms were upstairs, with a private bath for each room (one full bath, one shower stall). Balconies for both rooms also. Small fenced backyard was nice. Fireplace downstairs; washer and dryer in unit; dishwasher in kitchen. All in all, pretty good. The complex landscape is quaint. There's a huge complex "backyard" to walk the dog, although it was not well lit at night. After I had been there a year, the manager switched to Kaitlin, and she's been much better then the previous manager of the property. There are some issues of theft because it is located off Riverside. They are currently gating the complex, but I don't know if that will help. I think the best thing about it is that it's not primarily a college community. There are small families and couples living there, as well as people who own their own townhouse, so they are there long-term. Not many late night parties or police incidences while I was there. Among other complexes in this area, I think this one is a good deal. I paid 780/mo the first year and 731/mo afterwards.
