In response to the last review....Management does a much better job at taking care of things now- I lived here for a long while and it seems that things get taken care of much faster than they did before. But that is just my opinion as yours is yours. The maintenance guy is much older....but he's still there I think' If it wasn't for the commute into North Austin (Round Rock!) I would have stayed until I purchased a home. The management is great....and the place is taken care of - no trash on porches or littered backyards...no broken down cars...pool is clean....and the dumpsters aren't overflowing. with the exception of one time. I think someone was moving out and they stuffed everything into one dumpster....but it was gone the next day or so. So sounds like your experience was simply an experience of an experience....not everything can be peachy :) Someone has to get the apartment from hell....it could be karma....
