Let's just say the property has seen better days. There is new management that is less than professional and impolite. There have been countless things fall apart in my house in a year, including the stove, water heater, apartment got flooding,etc...etc... There is bad Ant problem because they don't treat the outside, even if there are huge ant hills. The pool was dirty all summer, It's a pretty place, but it needs some major help....

This is a lie the new manager Misty Ramirez is very professional. My work orders or ALL WAYS DONE on time. I have been here for over 3 years now and she has got to be the BEST manager this property has ever had. I have never seen her upset are talk down to a resident. WE ALL LOVE THE NEW MANAGER. So to how every wrote this GET A LIFE. WE love you MISTY

Agreed. The pool was never dirty during the summer in fact if it was that was when the old manager was still in charge. Misty has done nothing but a good job to keep this community beautiful. Especially since we do live on Riverside.

No we do not LOVE the new manager...she is an incompetant, stupid -----! She constantly loses out money orders and checks and has tried to charge us double because of it! I used to love this place, now I want out as fast as I can get out!
