I've been happy here for quite a while. However, there have been many car break-ins, rent is going up too much, services are diminishing. It seems like they used to have a lot more events than they do now. They've gone through several managers since I've lived here. Having said all that, it's still a nice place to live. Maintenance is excellent. I'm still happy here but if they don't stop raising the rent so high I will consider not renewing next time around.
