I have only lived at Riverlodge a year but so far everything has been great. Unlike some of the other reviews i haven't seen a single bug or scorpion in my apartment. I LOVE my floor plan, this is the best apartment I have lived in out of a total of 6 different places that I have resided. I do wish there was a little more security; my friends truck was broken into in broad daylight with his entire system stolen and i did have someone try to break into my apartment but it was a case of him being in the wrong building after a night at a bar. As long as he prices stay the same i plan on staying here; the staff is great, very friendly and accomidating.
