3rd time we've rented from this manager. She is outstanding, and the communities she manages reflect her leadership ability: excellent service, maintenance, friendly/involved staff, fun, warm and welcoming. Staff here is also the best we've seen in a long time. Active, caring, fun community. A lot of long-term residents. Apartments are roomy and comfortable. Great value for the price. Facility is very well maintaned. Staff is responsive and takes the time/care to know everyone in the community --- and spend time with you. Definite sense of working together among staff as well as residents. Very quiet and safe. Very pet friendly -- including at the office.
