Best value for my money that I've found, and I've lived in lots of apartments. Office staff and maintenance guys are very friendly and always helpful. I haven't had any problems with bugs that other people have written about on here, but I don't live on the first floor. Very pet friendly here, neighbors are all very nice and social. Grounds are well maintained. Could use better lighting at the entrance at night, that's about the only complaint I can think of. I would recommend this place to friends, I love it here.
