No problems whatsoever! Great experience!

I've been here for two years and have never had a problem. My rate has only gone up $10 per month in two years. Everyone is very helpful, very open to helping solve problems, handle issues, and work with their residents. They have plenty of community events and do a great job of getting everyone together, especially for kids.

I've never heard any complaints from anyone. What I do know, I've read from this site. The people who are unhappy are the type of people who would complain because the sky is blue and they like green. They're the kind of people who don't think twice about pissing off their food server.

The community is very pet friendly. In order to be more courteous to those without pets, the community has put in doggy doo-doo bags, require leashes at all times, and don't allow pets in the business center.

The pools are great and easily accessed. I love being able to barbecue by the pool and this is offered at Riverlodge. There is plenty of parking, trash gets picked up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. There is also plenty of available parking near your apartment.

Bug guys come every quarter and I have no trouble. Also, we just got new roofs.

My only complaint, why can't people keep their boats somewhere else'
