It's a decent value in a good location. I live on the first floor and have found scorpions, but the office sent pest control within a week from my notifying them. My main complaint is that everyone ignores the pet rules. There are a lot of dogs here, and most people will let their dogs - even big dogs - run loose without picking up after them or sometimes even watching them. Even if a dog is friendly, it can take you off guard to have a 70 lb. dog run up to you unaccompanied. Also, so-called "dangerous" breeds, such as pit bulls are supposedly not allowed, but people have them anyway. There is a lot of dog feces in the grass. Overall, it's a great place, but they really need to work on enforcing the dog rules set forth in the lease.
