I've only been here for 3-4 weeks. What I like the most is the office staff. Every issue has been addressed promptly and professionally. (I've mostly dealt with Chris--the brown haired girl--she's awesome!)

The apt. complex as a whole is mediocre. There are some REALLLLLY nice apartments in the area, however, with that upgrade comes the cost. And River Lodge is priced appropriately.

PROBLEMS with the place are as follows: Pest Problems. (ugh) Ants, Rollie Polies, Spiders, Crickets, Grasshoppers, and these are only the bugs that I've seen IN my apartment. Fortunately, all that was needed to clear the problem up--was to call management and they sent someone over once a week for 2 weeks, and haven't seen a "critter" since.
Keep in mind that this complex is on a nature preserve, so these problems are inevitable. I'm really impressed and look forward to the rest of this year in my apartment.
