I moved here back in 2005 and I loved it! But now the new managment is really rude and it seems that no one is important enough for his time. I HATE trying to get anything fixed! My apartment has been flooded twice, the walls have leaked on numerous occasions when we had rain, I cannot get anyone to take seriously the mold that could be growing in the walls nor can I get them to understand that the cracks in my walls are serious and need structural engineers to view them! I have suffered damages and was told that they would not cover my damages since it was not thier fault. I cannot wait to move. I pay way too much to be treated this poorly. I loved it here before the managment changed, over and over and over.

I live at Riverlodge, too. Can you post some pictures of your apt? I've had few problems and they have been fixed pretty quickly. I have noticed a management change and it is disturbing. They asked me to renew my lease recently and I only have a few days to decide. The pics might seal the deal for my move.
