Riverlodge Apartments

Was nice -- moving out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   First, LOVE the View. Some apartments overlook the canyon with a killer view of the city. On a clear night, it's magnificent. The biggest change: It used to be a quiet place; however some building (maybe an elementary school) is being constructed nearby and heavy equipment bangs from 7 AM (or earlier) until evening. There have been times that this catterwalling started at 4AM. Dust is kicking up coating cars and patio furniture. The maintenance staff has been great. Office staff is adequate, albeit a little curt. Parking can be tough. This used to be an exceptional complex. Now it's ordinary on all fronts (noise, parking, grounds, construction, etc.) -- all with a rent increase of $100...
