WARNING! IF YOU HAVE A PET - BEWARE!!!!

I was just told I need to pay over $1,000 for alleged pet urine damage - this a month and a half AFTER I moved out! First, I paid $120 a month to have my dog walked every day, second, my dog is completely and totally housebroken, third, I did the walkthrough with these people and they complimented me on how clean it was. They claim that my dog peed ALL OVER THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. They say they have a "stick" that measures pee in the slab for crying out loud! Now, they have already contacted a collection agency before even trying to contact me. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS! If you have a pet, you will be next!!!!!!!!

See my posting relating to this issue...Beware y'all, this place looks nice but once you leave, watch out for your credit rating.
