Like so many others here, we just received a bill for damaged carpets by a 6yr old cat that has NEVER had an accident in the home whatsoever! Our $200 "pet fee" was for absolutely nothing! When asked what its purpose is if not to cover such proposed damages the manager, ------- --------, claimed that its just "company policy". So, after a $200 "pet fee" and a $25/mo for rent adjustments for a cat, we also get a bill at the end of it all for damages that a third-party CARPET CLEANING company claimed existed but can't prove! What a load!
In summary, once ------- and the old management team left, this property went to you-know-what. There is constant turnover in the office, nobody has a clue about whats going on, your phone calls and messages are never returned and their is no sense of hospitality whatsoever.
So, scratch the title... EVERYONE AVOID this property!
